Comments: May have skated this pool first? It is a real good pool. If your looking to get your tight tranny on, head over to Bowie. This is a big tranny, smooth, skatepark pool. Pool Block all the way around! The flow parts of the park are your average eight foot tranny stuff cut off at five feet with a big pyramid and various hubbas. There is a giant waste of crete on the deep platform, lots of boards end up in the pool as a result. Rules? way to many. They are open right now with limited hours and it is free. Then it will be pay with more hours and a pad nanny hut. Overall, a good pool and street course to hit when you are in the DC area. Great addition to the new parks that have been built up there in the last few years.

10/26/06: Getting closer, seems the big bowl was lacking some vert. After some affirmative action, they came back out and added more tile bed around the whole thing. So tile and Pool coping are on the way. Thanks Dan Heyman for the pics and updates. Dan says the park will be done in Nov and will be free until they close for the season.
