We woke up in Wilmington Wed morning and I headed over with a bunch of Mexicans to the DMV. Seems I had no ID, which getting it now payed off at the bars later, but not at any strip clubs...Talk, Talk..... We rolled into Jacksonville around four. After a quick call we were waiting for Brett Turner at some random pool. We descended on this pool like a dust cloud. The Globe team had Al Partenan, Kyle Berard, Mike Peterson, Matt Mumford, various other street rippers, and a few Jak locals. All told there was like twenty people in this guys backyard. The pool got bailed, the beer came out and the session was going down. It lasted about two hours. Turner walked around with the donation pot and Trey took off to get Bingo/lottery tickets for the owner. After the dust settled we all decided to go hit Kona on oldschool night. Seems you get in for three dollars if your over thirty. Sorry Joe... The Globe posse headed off for street spots and we skated Kona with Peterson and Berard. We hooked up later with Globe at the bar and settled in at the Days in right on the beach. Jacksonville beach has a few good watering holes. Skull skates, were coming back for you....
